We have four main areas of focus:

1. Process, Business & Systems Analysis

This involves assembling an appropriate team to work with the business to understand their requirements and landscape.

2. Project Management

This involves breaking things into chunks, doing the ground-work, remaining flexible on the requirement and delivery priorities, and continually monitoring and validating progress.

3. Program & Business Integration
This involves unlocking opportunities, driving greater efficiency, and reducing the cost of doing business.

4. Program Value Leadership

This includes monitoring the performance of the program’s outcome to ensure the client investment realizes a business benefit that is measurable and matches or exceed expectations.

Our staff is encouraged to contribute to the wider community. Every staff member has the option to dedicate up to 5 days of paid time for Forloop approved community-based projects.
