BRANDING • ADAM LINDSAY GORDON EMBLEM

As part of Xavier Brouwer's song cycle for Sighs of Sorrow, we were entrusted to develop an emblem signifier for Adam Lindsay Gordon, whose poems form part of the song cycle.

We looked at the themes and life of Adam Lindsay Gordon, the travels across the ocean, the sweeping winds, the sad episodes, reflections and fluid poetry, to come up with an emblem that encapsulates his moving life episodes in a contemporary representation.
